Thanks for connecting!
I’m stoked you’re here.

What if YOU could create the life of your dreams? Would you? Helping others get unstuck so they can move toward desired outcomes is my thing. It’s simple. I fuel my spark and enrich my life by helping others overcome obstacles, crush goals & realize dreams. I help them win. However they choose to define it.

I’m a strong woman, mentor, confidence amplifier & coach who finds magic at the intersection of inspiration, empowerment, execution and unabashed realness b/c let’s be honest, pursuing growth that aligns with our integrity and deep soul desires—in an overwhelmingly complicated, messed up world—requires the courage to call BULLSH*T. Including our own.

It's a flex to determine your own worth. A MEGA flex to confidently break from the things that don't serve YOU—as in, your objectives, your wellness, your ambitions, your future, your life. Isn’t it time you mix it up until you motherf#cking flex?

Hey there, I'm Trace! A business woman, motivational speaker and life force who has led countless people, teams and cultures with relentless energy and immense passion, I had to take on the patriarchy, breakthrough barriers and conventional mindsets, and consistently fight for visionary ideas—mine, as well as those of the many talented women with whom I worked—to be heard. But that was just a job. Skipping arcs is my life’s work. Not familiar? Read on…

I've mastered the art of leaping from constructs that limit potential, drain energy and make us feel depleted; like we have to compromise our purpose; or worse, negotiate our sense of integrity with ourselves. ENOUGH ALREADY. Life is rolling by.

As a professional woman succeeding at a high-profile job in a conservative man’s industry, I didn’t fit the mold for how success was supposed to look. A mother first, deliberately and quite unapologetically, I had no time for entertaining nonsense, certainly no desire. I spoke candidly, truthfully and directly. Imagine the gall?  [Queue icy shade darting from all angles of the conference room from those with actual balls seemingly baffled by the size of mine.] As if I didn’t understand my place in a space they allowed me to occupy in a stuffy arena filled with antiquated decorum, big egos and overpriced suits.

Despite a nod to the unconventional, I’m smart, possess intense work ethic and know how to show the f*ck up. I’m a gritty New Englander. I tossed out winning strategies and exceptional performance like nobody’s business; led the highest performing teams; and built rock solid camaraderie across countries, regions and functions—all while making a lot of people wealthy. DID IT.  LIVED IT.  Made my leaders shine like stars. However unlikely the odds, I built a successful career. In doing so, I broke the cycle of poverty from which I came. It was totally awesome. BUT NOT ENOUGH.

I had to get real and face my own bullshit. Asked myself two things:

  1. Are YOU actively LEADING your life?

  2. Do you want MORE?

Simple questions that yield sizeable shifts IF answered honestly.

Turns out, something happens to our psyche when we’re repeatedly asked to repackage our respectfully presented opinions and take it down a notch, to play small, refrain from demanding our fair share of credit and downsize our ideas into smaller ‘bite size’ concepts; and why? In my case, it was for the digestion and collective ego of the male dominated C-Suite. Those whose salaries surpassed most by millions yet whose archaic policies were dusted off creations from the dark ages, or less hyperbolically, recycled materials from the 90s and early 2000s. (SRSLY, who mandates in-office work requirements for corporate office jobs in 2024? LMTY: DINOSAURS whose strategy is set solely by a balance sheet; a singular focus sure to stifle the best young talent, increase turnover and ultimately, lose long term market share.)

Here’s an idea. What if, instead of in-office mandates, we thought strategically to diversify & repurpose the real estate portfolio in ways that help solve problematic world mega trends, show up for humanity AND create new revenue flows at the same time? (Pro Tip: Engaging younger, socially conscious generations and building community goodwill only adds to future brand strength and recruiting power.) “Oh, slow down Trace.”

I often thought, surely they must know better.

Cuz’ if not, it would seem (dare I say?) like someone with a self-purported sense of importance (who is out of touch with employees’ POV) was being grossly overpaid and perhaps overtaxing the balance sheet at the expense of shareholder interest while riding an exclusive green wave of untouchable power that wouldn’t be possible but if not for our talents. Hmmm.

“You’re years ahead of your time,” they’d say. Always with a nervous chuckle that inferred their understanding of my ability to LEAD; to think, evolve, disrupt, transform and rebuild with a central focus on lifting as many as possible along the way, investing in the confidence of others AND ensuring organizational relevance in future markets…if only they had the courage to stand with me. Some did. Many didn’t.

It grew tiresome. And became too limiting for my intellect, ambitions, desires and quite frankly, my life, as well as to the community of women and young people whom I deeply admired and who looked to me for inspo. So what did I do?

“I’m an arc jumper. A confidence amplifier. On a mission to elevate myself and humanity. So naturally, I jumped to a higher arc.”

Now you’re a part of it. Together, we’re going to create a future we desire through candor, courage, collaboration and execution.

I’m universally invested. I want you to SOAR. And I’m here to lift you up and push until you do.

Can’t wait to connect. Here’s to us, and everything we touch, rising.

  • A candid iphone selfie snapped in my kitchen on an ordinary weekday captures a casual, whole, happy, self-affirming me. No commute. No suit. No stiff energy. Just a t-shirt, day 3 dry-shampooed hair and 2 dogs hidden at my feet. A spectacular place to be. :)

News Flash: I’m more fulfilled and productive than ever!

  • A forced photo displays a phony smile in a photo taken by, for and at the (former) firm after a 2+ hour commute. “Business casual” attire required to comply with the firm’s dress code policy. :(

    AFAF...
Does losing a suit jacket hit “casual” IYO? And are companies really hiring adults who are incapable of determining their OOTD without a dress code?!
